Early Career & Film:

          She started her career as a costume designer. She designed costumes for movies Mera Dil Leke Deko in 2005 and walked ramp at Lakeme Fashion Week in 2008 and very next year 2009. She made her fist movie Dabangg with partner Salman kahn. It went on to become one of the highest grossing in Bollowood Films. In this movie she role as a villager girls, and lost her 30kg weight in 2 years. She featured as the cover girls of Indian edition of Maxim Magazine for the month of December, 2010. Although she had no movie release in 2011, she won quite a few awards for her starting. This included the Filmfare Award as well as the IIFFA Awards among many others.

Break Through & Starting Success:

          She had four releases in 2012, her first being Parabhu Deva Raody Rahtore with Akshay Kumar. The movie opened to mixed reviews from critics although had a strong opening at the box office, collecting approx.

15.06 Crore (US$ 2.8 Million) on the first day and eventually becoming a “Block Buster”. Her next movie Shirish kunder’s Joker, opposite Akshay Kumar proved to be unsuccessful at the box office and received overwhelmingly negative reviews her last two movies Ashwni Dhir’s Son of Sardar With Ajay Devgan and Arbaaz Khan’s Dabangg 2 the sequel to her immensely successful Starting were both successful at the box office despite receiving mixed reviews. As a result of the strong collections her films were gathering at the box office she was recognized by ETC Business Awards as highest grossing actress of 2012. Sinha will be next seen in Vikramaditya Motwane’s period romance-drama Lootera opposite Ranveer Singh. She is currently fliming for Once Upon A Time Again the sequel to Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai.
